Embodied Science: where do you feel hunger in your body?

Monday 13 March: 12:00pm - 1:00pm

Friends’ Meeting House, Friends’ Meeting House, Jesus Lane, CB5 8BA, CB5 8BA

Join Embodied Science founder Elaine Westwick for a body-based enquiry into the sensations of hunger. Where do you feel hunger in your body? What about fullness? Is everyone the same or are we all different? Come and explore your own experiences and find out about the experiences of others.

Bring your curiosity and be prepared to delve into the workings of your body and mind. This will be a seated workshop suitable for all.

Dr Elaine Westwick teaches awareness-based movement. She likes to bring diverse groups of people together to explore how being a body effects who we are and what we do. She has created participatory events at the Oxfordshire Science Festival, the Cambridge Festival of Ideas and the Wellcome Collection on Euston Road.
