Ever wanted to display your artwork on a punt? We are looking for student artwork relating to the theme of WATER to display on punts on the River Cam as part of Cambridge Festival Creatives.
The aim of this exhibition is to see how art interacts with experimental curation and a quintessentially Cambridge landscape to share with the wider public. We invite all forms of visual art stretching from collage, painting and sculpture - anything that excites you.
You may want to consider thinking about how water intersects with Cambridge specifically, however this is not necessary. This exhibition is part of Cambridge Festival Creatives which are a series of curated exhibitions across Cambridge stretched across.
It is an initiative that ties together student creative projects to stimulate student and public interest in Cambridge at large. How to apply: We welcome both completed art pieces and drafts/plans of pieces for consideration.
If the piece of art you intend to submit is not yet complete, please include photographs of any previous work you have completed. Please send photographs or mock-ups of your artwork to Claire Watt (cmw95@cam.ac.uk), Gaia Dratwinska (gd510@cam.ac.uk) and Khalisah Ismail (ki279@cam.ac.uk) by 10 March, including the dimensions of the proposed piece(s).
