Smartphones are increasingly powerful, sensor-rich, and personal devices. Could they also help us to become happier and healthier? In this talk, I will briefly discuss how scientists have been using smartphone sensors to track how we behave, and designing systems that use these inferences to help us become healthier.
Dr Neal Lathia is a computer scientist. His research focuses on using data that the devices in our daily lives create to help us monitor, infer, and change our behaviours.
